I just want to seek clarification because if you look at the enumeration of the five members, it is very good when we speak about “in an open and fair manner” but I do not see any listing of some form of umbrella association that is agreeable. As it is, it will be very difficult to have an election of a fisherperson from the marine or from the fresh water or trade persons without any guidance. I do not know how that is going to be executed. Thank you."
