    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, in this Bill we only dealt with the issues of fishermen and marines. If there is any other issue that concerns the pollution of the sea, there are bodies which can deal with it even at the international level. There are marine agencies which can deal with this. They should be reported to the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA). I am sure there is no vacuum. There are always institutions to deal with the issues that the Hon. Member has raised."
