Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 60 of the Bill be amended by inserting the words “in consultation with the Fish Marketing Authority and” after the word “may” appearing in the opening paragraph. The import of this amendment is to create the synergy between the relevant authorities that is, the Marketing Authority and the service providers, so that they consult when they are dealing with the issue of promotion of fish."
