"content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I would also want to concur with my colleague that most of the functions have been devolved. We are flogging a dead horse. There is a person who devolved those functions one morning. It was done in State House. We all know. So, if we go back on a history that is already dead and buried, we will not be going anywhere. Let us accept reality as it is. All health functions have been devolved. Some of us were against it but that is the reality. Going back will not help anybody in this country."
