    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I also want to agree with the proposals by the Leader of the Majority Party. In these matters of devolution, we have to be consistent. I support the move not to agree with the Senate in this House. However, at an opportune time, we really have to look at devolution of health. A country can go back and forth. The fact that we might need to revert some of the levels back to the national Government would not mean that we are not within the constitutional implementation."
