    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I would like to request a Ministerial Statement from the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security with regard to the fatal shooting of Messrs. Ibrahim Oketch Ondego and Joseph Nyaberi, who were shot on Wednesday, 23rd November, 2011 in Kawangware, Nairobi. In the Statement, the Minister should:- (a) confirm whether the deceased persons were executed by police officers on their way to Gikomba Market, Nairobi, and whether their shooting was a case of mistaken identity; (b) confirm whether a car belonging to the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) was seen at the scene of crime, and whether the officer was trying to interfere with the scene; and, (c) explain the action being taken by the Ministry to apprehend the culprits and compensate the bereaved family."
