    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, failure by parents to obtain birth certificates for their children is not their own making. On several occasions, the Ministry responsible for the issuance of these certificates have run short of materials. That is why parents were not able to obtain these documents in good time. Last year, I remember the Minister for Education extended the registration deadline to 30th June, 2010. Why can the Assistant Minister not do the same this time round so that every eligible candidate can register?"
