He knows that during this current drought, the pastoralist communities are seriously affected because they have to look for basic needs for their families and livestock. They are, therefore, not able to acquire birth certificates. A huge number of candidates are unable to enroll for national examinations. What is the Ministry doing in considering the children from pastoralist communities, especially at this time when the drought is really affecting them?"
