(a) No section of the Nyanza Golf Club is blocking the public from accessing the beaches of Lake Victoria as there is neither a road, access, nor a reservation for a road passing through Nyanza Golf Club land to Lake Victoria. I am not aware of a state of tension and insecurity between the club and local residents. (b) In the circumstances, I will not take any action. However, for the sake of record and completeness and to satisfy my learned friend, I have brought with me maps showing how and when the area of the Nyanza Golf Club was planned way back in 1958. I beg to lay these maps on the Table."
