Wetangula, they would have realized that, that is the kind of language in which you address your Speaker in terms of contributing to the knowledge that would help a great deal, rather than already discussing the matter and giving your own opinion. It should be provided in a manner to suggest what may be required to be looked into. The Chair would really appreciate that."
