    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, on the onset, I wish to thank the Chair of the Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries for the answer he has given. While I thank him, I want to say that I am really disappointed, more so on the fact that last year, as per the request by the farmers, there was a subsidy on the cost of fertilizer for tea irrespective of the economy of the country which had not changed much and the farmers had a subsidy of Kshs321.
