    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, pursuant to Standing Order No.45 (2)(b), I rise to seek a statement from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Roads and Transport regarding the status of the construction of the Kakamega-Kaburengu-Webuye Road. In the statement, the chairperson should state:- 1. When the construction works officially started and when the project was supposed to be completed; 2. What percentage of the works has been completed to date and how much money the contractor has been paid so far; 3. What the original budgeted cost of the project was; 4. The reason for the delay in the completion and indicate when the project will be completed."
