    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I stand once again for the third time since we came from recess to seek the indulgence of the Chair. I think last time the Chair ordered that the secretariat looks into the matter of bringing the Cabinet Secretaries(CSs) for the Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Services and Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government to answer the issues that have been pending since the last sitting. As of now, I have not gotten any word as to whether the officials are coming. I think it is in the interest of this House and the people of Kitui County that this matter is resolved."
