    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is the matter of cash transfers for the Cabinet Secretary (CS)for Labour, Social Security and Services and the matter of security in Kitui-Tana River border, which continues to bring problems every now and then. Our people are suffering, being killed with guns when they do not have guns and we fear that this matter may continue to escalate unless action is taken. We have been asking for the Cabinet Secretary (CS) for the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government to come here since the Chairperson of the relevant Committee could not satisfy the House with the Statement that was given. Similarly, the Acting Cabinet Secretary (CS) for Labour, Social Security and Services came but she did not complete the Statement. She said she would come back. It has taken a very long time and I fear that if we go this way, it will be meaningless for us to bring issues here."
