    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I am properly guided. I am only trying to draw parallels with the best practices we can learn from our neighbours, and I am sure this will be one. It is something that our neighbours and, of course, us as a country, will learn from as we export the knowledge to our neighbours for the goodness of the society; the world has become a global village. What happens in America and other parts of the world directly affects all of us; therefore, we should be aware of what is happening in our neighbourhood, so that we prepare ourselves for challenges."
