"content": "Hon. Speaker, Sir, I do not want to abuse your hospitality. Within the time limits afforded to me, I once again thank you for the opportunity to speak to this august Assembly. Next time we meet, I will be a prominent Tanzanian citizen. I will have joined the ranks of Mzee Ali Hassan Mwinyi and Mzee Benjamin Mkapa in the list of former presidents. That is coming very soon. However, when I come to Kenya, I will have more freedom to meet a number of friends who, under the protocols of the Presidency, it has not been easy to meet."
