Speakers for availing me this rare opportunity to address this esteemed Parliament of Kenya. It is an honour and a privilege I will always remember. You have availed me this opportunity at a very opportune moment, indeed. Nineteen days from today, we will hold elections and probably a week or less thereafter, I will leave office after completing my second term in office as stipulated in the Tanzanian Constitution."
