    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I just want to remind the Minister that in law, you can only pass on as good a title as you have. So, if your title is fraudulent, or it is illegally acquired, what you pass on to the next person is absolutely nothing. That is the supposition supported by Article 40(6) of the Constitution. So, if the Minister exercises his power to revoke a title, whoever feels aggrieved may move to the court."
