    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, this Constitution makes it very easy how to approach any court, including the superior courts, when one feels that one’s right has been violated. Hon. Members should remember that all the time, we are talking about public land. We do not interfere when it comes to private land. You can deal with it whichever way you want.
