    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. With all due respect we might be killing a good tradition. The tradition has been that when the House reports progress to the Speaker, he is assumed not to have been in the House and that is why progress is being reported to him. The old tradition where the Speaker would come from the Speaker’s Office to the Chair and receive progress seems to be changing. It is being replaced with the Speaker coming from the Plenary to receive progress. This might not be a very nice practice. I want to urge that the Chair reconsiders this, so that speakers should start conducting themselves with the decorum that has traditionally been there."
