I was itching that we must do something on this Floor, like we have done today, lest somebody thinks he could stop me. I am alive to the fact that the Constitution, in Article125, gives me the powers of the High Court in summoning anybody to come before the Committee. But because some people are playing the merry-go-round, I wanted them while watching live, to know that if you allow me to say it in Kiswahili so, that the good Maasai people can hear - it is not that they do not hear English - wajue kwamba sasa gari limeondoka kutoka stesheni nakwamba yeyote yule ambaye atalala, kukaa ama kusimama kwenye reli, tutapita na yeye.
