    "content": "This Bill also takes care of the fact that the judges are human and they are bound to make pronouncements that may bring about decisions that may cause liabilities. Clause 33 of the Bill provides for protection of the judges in cases where they may make utterances which may cause personal liability for the acts done or ordered by the judge. So, I feel that this is good because our judges also need to be protected. This is a very important Bill that will bring law and order, standardisation, and it will ensure that our high courts are properly managed. With those remarks, I would like to support the Bill. Thank you very much."
