    "content": "I will be pleased if we pass this Bill as early as possible because it will assist Kenyans. It is our role as Members of this Parliament to bring order in the nation. We are here to make laws. There is no other arm of the Government in this nation that makes laws. Once we make laws in this Parliament, our laws must be respected. The laws we make are not supposed to be interfered with by other arms of the Government. We do not interfere with the roles of other arms of the Government. We respect the role of the Executive and Judiciary. The Judiciary must also respect our role as Parliament because it is a constitutional mandate. I support. Thank you."
