    "content": "It is commendable that we have in Clauses 9 and 10 clearly set out procedures of the court, including the calendar of the court. The flexibility that the court can sit anywhere, so long as the appropriate conditions have been met, improves that flexibility and is important, particularly when we have circuits; judges cannot say that they cannot go to this place. So long as there is a place that is appropriate, Kenyans will get justice."
