    "content": "Even as we struggle to make courts available in every county, the Judiciary must be alive to the fact that this will involve some cost, and Parliament will always try to avail funds to the Judiciary. Last year, we were treated to absurdities by the courts when we were told that some courts in this country were built using as much as Kshs800 million and some Kshs650million. We must exercise some frugality in managing resources, especially within the Judiciary. Thank you."
