    "content": "There is unresolved conflict between the office of the Vice-Chancellor (VC) and that of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (DVC) Administration and Finance. The Committee should investigate:- (a) Refusal by the VC to hand over to the DVC Administration and Finance. (b) Cases of abuse of power. Gagging the DVC Administration and Finance on matters of finance (c) The handling of administration matters i.e., recruitment of staff and redundancy by the VC against the university regulations."
