    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the thrust of it all is that you are aware that this House has a Budget Committee today. In all respect, I believe that the Budget Committee is the relevant Committee. Also being aware of the fact that we are still in the Fourth Session where this resolution is binding, I see a situation where this responsibility will continue to be misplaced in the wrong committee. I think it is imperative that this is corrected so that the relevant Committee can take responsibility for the decisions made as far as the Budget is concerned."
