    "content": "I want to support this Bill especially where it says that the Chief Magistrate may, from time to time by notice on the Kenya Gazette, revise the pecuniary limits. This means that it does not have to come back to this House to increase the limits. It can be done within the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) through the Chief Justice. This means that our people will get services closer to where they live. With that, I support the Bill."
