Given that this particular Bill has been canvased quite a bit since yesterday and even today Members have spoken very extensively to it, and that ahead of us we still have the High Court Organization and Administration Bill, the Court of Appeal (Organization and Administration) Bill and the Small Claims Court Bill coming up, will I be in order to submit that the Mover be now called upon to reply?
