    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this chance. This is a good Bill from the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs. It will help dispense justice to most people easily. It is an improvement and I would support it. However, I will move some amendments as we go on regarding a few clauses where I feel there should be changes. This Bill provides for the organization and administration of the High Court.
