    "content": "in efficient delivery of justice and make discharge of functions easy. However, there are a few issues that should be addressed as we support this Bill. The issue of corruption has come up severally among the judicial staff; it has always been in the public domain. We should have zero-corruption in our court system. Therefore, this is an issue which should be addressed as it is one of the impediments to justice in this country. The good thing with this Bill is that it will establish courts in all the 47 counties, so that justice is brought nearer to the people. I would have wished that there are established courts in every constituency because people who seek justice travel long distances. It is good if you take a court nearer to the people because most Kenyans do not have money to travel long distances."
