    "content": "The other thing I have noticed - I think it is good - is the performance contracting. I am privileged to have worked in Government when my good brother and neighbour Hon. Dalmas was a Minister of State and he introduced the performance contracting. I have been sharing with him notes here. It is something that is good because we are then able to assess or appraise some of the judges.This is something that is very good and we are able to assess some of the judges. I think this is good and Article 29 says that there will be appraisal of judges. I think advocates of the High Court and the general public can appraise, in their own way, how a judge is performing or carrying out his duties."
