    "content": "We have a system called microfilming. We can have it where the files are microfilmed. This is current. We are in the 21st Century and that is what we should do. I support this because I know this is the digital age, and we hope and pray that the question of going to court and being told that a file is missing, will be something of the past. Therefore, I fully support this Bill and I hope it will come into effect soon, so that people can enjoy the fruits of Uhuru."
