There is no provision here under which the Chief Justice will do it. It had better be done by law. Unfortunately, the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs is not here. He should pick this up and draft the right amendment under Clause 29 which provides for the review. If anything, it should not be that he oversees."
