    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. Hon. Mulu has clarified. The two are different professionals. The counsellor is important and the psychiatrist is important, but their functions or their competences, are different. In this case in relation to the Society, the counsellor is the more relevant as opposed to a psychiatrist. A psychiatrist looks into a medical condition that needs healing, but a counsellor, as Hon. Mulu, clearly put it, is the right professional that we need here."
