Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 3 of the Bill be amended by— (a) deleting the words “Kenyan youth” and substituting therefor the word “Kenyans” in paragraph(b); (b) deleting the words “the youth” and substituting therefor the word “ Kenyans” in paragraph (c); (c) deleting the word “youth” and substituting therefor the word “Kenyans” in paragraph (d); (d) deleting the word “youth” and substituting therefor the word “Kenyans” in paragraph (e); (e) deleting the words “ so far as employment of the youth is concerned” and substituting therefor the words “ in matters of employment”"
