    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I rise to support the amendment by Hon. Sakaja. One thing that is coming out clearly is that the Bill is meant to establish the National Employment Authority. Since it has not been established, what Hon. Sakaja is saying is that if we go to the Senate at this particular stage it will mean that we remain as we are today, but if we pass the Bill, without necessarily going to the Senate, it will mean that we have already established the Authority. We can bring the amendment after the Authority is in existence and continue from there. I support the amendment. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman."
