    "content": "Private Members’ Bills in this House. If a Member invested in this Bill for two years to bring it to this level, we need to support him as a colleague. The Standing Orders are very clear. We can bring an amendment immediately after we pass this Bill after it has been assented to. It can then go to the Senate and stay for another six months. There will be no problem as long as the Authority is created. Without the Authority, the youth will be waiting for opportunities in this country."
