Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, clause 11 of the Bill be amended— (a) by deleting sub-clause (1) and substituting therefor the following new sub- clause; “(1) The Authority shall be governed by a Board consisting of the following members appointed by the Cabinet Secretary- (a) a chairperson; (b) the Principal Secretary of the Ministry for the time being responsible for matters relating to finance or his representative; The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
