    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I want to support this amendment but make a very serious observation. This amendment leaves out people living with disabilities. The assumption seems to be that disabled people are not youth. I would like to see them represented in this Board so that their interests can also be taken into account."
