Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 18 of the Bill be amended by deleting sub-clause (4) and substituting therefor the following new clause— “(4) The Director General may be removed from office by the Board in accordance with the terms and conditions of service for— (a) serious violation of the Constitution or any other law, including a contravention of Chapter Six; The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
