Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to move:- THAT, clause 21 of the Bill be amended— (a) in sub-clause (2), by deleting the word “youth” and substituting therefor the word “Kenyan”; (b) in the marginal note, by deleting the words “of youth”. This one has been explained. We are just removing the word “youth” and replacing it with “Kenyan”."
