    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I think I am not supporting this because if the Bill is for the youth, I do not see any reason why we should accommodate other people. Initially, whoever brought this Bill intended the youth to be the beneficiaries. So, let us all give the youth a chance to benefit. Including other people means we will lose the direction."
