Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 27 of the Bill be amended— (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting the words “on the youth”; (b)in sub-clause (2) by deleting the words “youth” and substituting therefor the words “person seeking employment”. The reasons are the same as for Clause 26."
