    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I was trying to look at that amendment. Of course, I support the inclusion of the jail term. At the same time, I was trying to look at the amendment vis-à-vis the functions of the Authority. I am not very sure now of which is the unauthorized use. Assuming a person uses that to give data for purposes of saying: “This is the percentage of people who are seeking job”, is that unauthorized use? I do not know. Also, if it is possible, they can identify the issues that they are talking about.
