    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I belong to the Committee, but I was not there during the stage of this amendment. I want to oppose these words “job seekers.” I feel these words “job seekers” are general words. It is good if we could specify and say Kenyan youth or Kenyan job seekers. If we leave it there, we mean even the foreigners or Al-Shabaab can also come and apply for jobs. It is just left open. I oppose because the word “job seekers” is general.
