That is why I want to request the Members to accept the fact that whereas 70 or 80 per cent of the people who are going to be employed are young people, we are giving room for anybody else including persons with disabilities, the older persons who may still have energy to work, the women and everybody else. This is the spirit within which this Bill should be seen."
