I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 38 of the Bill be amended- (a) in subclause (1) by deleting the word “youth” and substituting therefor the word “Kenyans” (b) in subclause (2) by deleting the word “the youth” and substituting therefor the word “Kenyans” (c) in subclause (3) by deleting the word “the youth” and substituting therefor the word “Kenyans”. It involves removing the word “youth” and substituting it with the word “Kenyans”"
