    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, we were consulting a little bit. We will be moving the amendment and I ask that Hon. T. J. Kajwang’ moves a further amendment in the description of a “Kenyan” being a “Kenyan citizen as defined by the Constitution”. So, I want to propose that Clause 2 be amended by inserting the following definition. I would like to drop my amendment but, if I drop it, he will not be able to move a further amendment. There is a typing error in what is in the Order Paper. Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 2 be amended by inserting the following new definition after the definition of the word ‘register’ “Job seeker means someone who is seeking for employment. By deleting “job seeker” as it was in the definition---"
