Kajwang’, and this is by way of just letting him know, the word “job seeker” runs through even in areas where we have not mentioned Kenyans, I would leave the word “job seeker” and introduce an amendment to introduce the word “Kenyan” after the definition of the word “youth” to mean a “Kenyan citizen as provided for in the Constitution of Kenya”. So, I am introducing a new definition."
